about

"Cicada Cadence" is the final chapter of the overarching story of The Paradox. The protagonist has left his human shell and is now a sentient consciousness experiencing life in all forms. He is aware, now, that neither good or evil actually exist.. everything exists in a vacuum collapsing onto itself infinitely; the "mouth of the paradox". The Preacher is a beacon of true existence and absolute nothingness. In the final act, the protagonist ascends beyond earth and spectates the vacuum from afar before entering a hole in the universe and repeating the cycle over again.
